Refund Policy

Effective date: September 9, 2025

Companies (collectively “SUNSTORY,” “we,” “us,” “our”):

This Policy applies to all purchases of our digital education products and related services (“Products”). It is incorporated by reference into our Terms & Conditions.

1) What’s refundable

Refunds are available only for:

  • The core course, and

  • Community access (if purchased),

  • Requested within 30 days from the time of purchase and only if you meet the Do-The-Work requirements below.

Not refundable (examples, non-exhaustive): order bumps, PDFs, templates, worksheets, audits, strategy calls, custom Loom/video reviews, coaching/consulting time, bonus items, coupon discounts, payment plan fees, third-party items, or anything that is not the core course or (if purchased) the community access.

Access to refunded items will be revoked immediately.

2) Do-The-Work (DTW) requirement

To qualify for a refund, email us your request from the purchase email with the following all included:

  1. Course completion: evidence that you completed the core lessons (e.g., progress screenshots).

  2. Project attempt: a course-related project you attempted and what blocked you (e.g., repo link, screenshots, short loom/screencap).

  3. Community activity (if included in your plan): proof of active use during your access window (e.g., posts/questions/feedback implemented—share URLs or screenshots).

Requests missing any item above will be declined.

3) How to request

Email team@itsbyrobin.com within 30 days of purchase with:

  • Order ID

  • DTW evidence

  • A brief explanation of what didn’t work

We’ll review and respond within a reasonable timeframe. We may ask for clarifications to verify eligibility.

4) Refund method & timing

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method only, typically within 10 business days. We do not cover bank, processor, or currency conversion fees. Once refunded, your access is removed.

5) Payment plans & access

Payment plans are a purchase obligation. Missed or reversed installments may result in suspension of access; the outstanding balance remains due per the Terms.

6) Chargebacks & billing disputes

You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider before:

  1. Contacting team@itsbyrobin.com, and

  2. Allowing us 14 days to investigate and resolve.

Filing a chargeback before completing this process is a breach of this Policy and our Terms and may result in immediate suspension of all access. We vigorously dispute friendly-fraud chargebacks and will provide detailed evidence to the payment processor, which may include (non-exhaustive):

  • IP addresses, device fingerprints, and geolocation at purchase/login

  • Timestamps of logins, video progress, downloads, and lesson completions

  • Community activity logs (posts, replies, timestamps)

  • Support tickets, emails, and internal notes

  • Order records, invoices, payment confirmations

If a chargeback is reversed in our favor, you agree to reimburse reasonable dispute fees and associated costs as permitted by law.

7) Abuse & exceptions

We may refuse refunds for: policy gaming, serial refunding, chargeback threats, ToS violations, fraud/scraping, or misuse of access. Statutory rights (if any) remain unaffected where required by law.

8) Governing law & dispute venue for this Policy

  • If your contracting entity (shown on your receipt) is SUNSTORY LLC: Wyoming law governs; binding AAA arbitration in Wyoming; individual claims only; small-claims carve-out as allowed.

  • If your contracting entity is SUNSTORY (F.Z.C): UAE law governs; courts of Ajman, UAE have exclusive jurisdiction (or, at our option, arbitration at a recognized UAE center).

9) Changes

We may update this Policy at any time. The latest version applies upon posting.
